- 1 cup Plain Lowfat Kefir
- 1 cup cubed sweet potato, roasted or cooked in the microwave
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Add all ingredients to the pitcher of a high-powered blender. Blend on high until smooth.
