Ingredients
- 4 slices whole grain sandwich bread (or your favorite bread)
- 1/2 cup (8 tbsp.) Farmer Cheese
- 2/3 cup leftover stuffing
- 2/3 cup leftover sliced turkey
- a couple handfuls of arugula or spinach
- gravy for drizzling
- 5-6 tbsp. cranberry sauce
- any other toppings you want (hot sauce, spices, salt and pepper, etc.)
Directions
- Toast the bread first, if desired, then spread Farmer Cheese on each slice of bread.
- Spread the cranberry sauce on top of the bread next, then add the turkey, stuffing, and arugula. Drizzle a little gravy on top and add spices or other sauces, if using.
- Top each sandwich half with the other piece of bread, then press down to seal, and enjoy!
