Our Turmeric Tahini Kefir Dressing is made with whole food ingredients like turmeric which has strong anti-inflammatory properties and kefir that contains probiotics to support healthy digestion. You can add it to any of your favorite salad combos. But we recommend pairing it with greens, radishes, lemons, pecans, and eggs for a sweet and tangy flavor combination that’s rich in nutrients.
- ½ cup Plain Lowfat Kefir
- 1 cup tahini
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp turmeric
- 1 tsp salt and black pepper
- Mix ingredients together and enjoy right away or chill in the fridge before use.
