Kefir Ice Cream:Add kefir, banana, and vanilla bean to the pitcher of a high-powered blender. Blend on high until smooth, or until desired consistency is reached. Pour into a container and freeze for 4 - 6 hours. Scoop, add toppings, and enjoy!
Whipped Skyr Cream:Combine the skyr, cream, maple syrup, vanilla, and a pinch of Himalayan salt in the bowl or hand mix or add to a standing mixer. Gradually mix from low to high speed, whip until the creamy mixture is thick and stiff, about 5 minutes.
Toppings:Dark chocolate syrup, chopped almonds, wildberry skyr preserve, and a cherry.
