Mango Kefir Ice Cream

Give yourself a boost of protein and probiotics with our smooth, creamy Mango Kefir Ice Cream. Enjoy garnished with mint or layer with fruit and granola for a wholesome parfait.

  1. Add kefir, frozen mango, bananas, lime juice, cardamom, and salt to the pitcher of a high-powered blender. Blend on high until smooth, or until desired consistency is reached.
  2. Pour into a quart-sized tupperware container and freeze for 4 - 6 hours.
  3. Scoop into bowls or cones and garnish with mint.
