Honey Fig Toast on Sourdough

Directions

  1. Toast bread in toaster.
  2. While bread is toasting, whip together farmer cheese, lemon juice and honey until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spread farmer cheese spread evenly over each piece of toast, then top with sliced figs.
  4. Sprinkle each piece with pistachio pieces and lemon zest.
