- 2 cups Organic Blueberry Lowfat Kefir
- 1 cup blueberries, frozen
- 1 cup spinach or kale
- 1 Tbsp. hemp seeds (hemp hearts)
- ½ avocado, sliced
- Fresh blueberries, hemp seeds, cocoa nibs, and pitted dragon fruit (or use another fruit) to garnish
Directions
- Add all ingredients to the pitcher of a high-powered blender. Blend on high until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with blueberries, hemp seeds, cocoa nibs, and dragon fruit.
