- 1 cup Lifeway Plain Nonfat Kefir
- ¼ cup old fashioned rolled oats (certified gluten-free, if sensitive)
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 plum, chopped
- 1 Tbsp slivered almonds
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
