Everything is coming up rosé! Our Rosé and Raspberry Sherbet combines the smooth, creamy texture of Lifeway Kefir with the delicate notes of rosé and the perfect tartness of raspberries. Better than anything you’ll find in the ice cream aisle, this blend features 25-30 billion colony-forming units of beneficial bacteria and natural protein from Lifeway Kefir, plus a boost of vitamin C and prebiotic fiber from the raspberries. Raise your glass to love, laughter, and a little fizz! This recipe is super simple and there are great nonalcoholic rosé options, so everyone can enjoy!

Directions

  1. Combine raspberry kefir and sugar (or alternative) and stir until dissolved. Place mixture in ice tray and freeze until solid (at least 8 hours).
  2. Add the cream mixture and raspberries in a food processor or blender until smooth.
  3. Scoop and place in a wine glass, add a few raspberries, and top with Rosé of choice.
