- 3/4 cup Vanilla Whole Milk Kefir
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp almond extract
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ground cardamom
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 cup dried figs coarsely chopped
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 8 ice cubes
- Add all ingredients to a blender (except banana and ice cubes) and process until smooth.
- Add banana and ice cubes, blend until smooth.
- Transfer to a serving glass; garnish with Vosges Turmeric Ginger or Matcha Dark Chocolate.
