- ¼ cup Vanilla Lowfat Kefir
- ⅓ cup nut butter
- ⅔ cup almond meal or coconut flour
- ¼ cup vanilla bean protein
- ¼ cup mixed crushed nuts
- 1 tbsp coffee, ground
- Blend these ingredients in a food processor or high power blender.
- If the dough is too wet add more almond meal to the mix till you can form a ball. You can eat these right away or place them in the freezer and enjoy through the week.
