- 2 cups Birthday Cake Lowfat Kefir
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1 carrot, grated
- ¼ cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp ginger
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp allspice
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- Walnut pieces to garnish
- Add all ingredients to the pitcher of a high-powered blender. Blend on high until smooth, or until desired consistency is reached.
- Top with a sprinkle of walnut pieces.
