Carrot Cake Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Birthday Cake Low Fat Kefir
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • ¼ cup shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp allspice
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • Walnut pieces to garnish

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to the pitcher of a high-powered blender. Blend on high until smooth, or until desired consistency is reached.
  2. Top with a sprinkle of walnut pieces.
