Directions

  1. Slice the ciabatta bread in half, and layer in a the air frier. Spread some apple Butter on the bread, and top with Lifeway Farmer Cheese. Air Fry for 5 minutes on 350 degrees.
  2. While that is cooking, stir together all ingredients for the dressing.
  3. In a bowl, combine all salad ingredients. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss until incorporated.
  4. Once the toast is done, top with the salad and enjoy!
