- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 scoop vanilla protein

- pinch sea salt
- Toppings:
- 1 apple of choice
- 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup granola
- extra cinnamon
Directions
- Whisk together chia seeds, protein, Lifeway Organic Whole Milk Vanilla Kefir, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and sea salt in a bowl, jar, or container
- Let chia pudding thicken in the fridge for at least one hour or overnight
