- 1/2 avocado
- 2 tbsp Farmer Cheese
- 1/2 lime
- 2 tsp dill
- chilli flakes
- salt & pepper
Directions
- In a bowl add avocado, lime, and salt & pepper. Mashup together. Add in dill and farmer cheese and mix. Add mixture to bread, press together, and slather the top of the bread with butter and pan fry each side till golden brown.
