- 1-2 bags of plain Ramen Noodles (unseasoned)
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 2 tsp. cayenne
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1-2 tbsp. butter
- 1/4 cup Organic Plain Whole Milk Kefir
- 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
- 1 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
- Mix all spices together with soy sauce in a small bowl and set aside.
- Boil ramen noodles till cooked, drain, and set aside to cool.

- Spoon in soy-spice mixture over the garlic buttered ramen.
- Stir everything together and turn the heat down low as you pour in whole milk kefir.
