- 4oz Farmer Cheese
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 chopped garlic clove
- 3-4 tsp garlic powder
- 2-4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 3-4 tsp salt
- 3-4 tsp pepper
- 3-4 tbsp chopped basil
- 1 box of pasta
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a 9x13 pan, spread out cherry tomatoes.
- In the center of the pan put half a carton of farmer cheese and make it into a rectangle.
- Top farmer cheese and tomatoes with olive oil, garlic clove, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Place pan in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until tomatoes are starting to shrivel up.
- Meanwhile, cook your choice of pasta according to the box directions.
- Once the tomato and farmer cheese is done, pour in the cooked pasta, top with chopped basil and mix together.
