Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F.
  2. To a blender, add Lifeway Farmer Cheese, half the cheddar, taco seasoning, and water; blend until smooth and creamy. Pour the mixture into an 8 inch casserole dish, and mix in the rest of the cheddar and the can of tomatoes.
  3. Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until bubbly and melty. Garnish with scallions, diced tomatoes, and cilantro. Serve hot with tortilla chips, fresh veggies, or crackers.
