Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix together Lifeway Farmer Cheese, mozzarella cheese, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder and black pepper until smooth. Add the mixture to a pastry filling bag.

  4. In three separate bowls, add both flour to one, a mixed egg in another, and the breadcrumbs in the last.
  5. Dip each olive in the flour mixture, followed by the egg mixture and then the breadcrumbs. Repeat process one more time.
  6. In a small-medium size pot, over medium/high heat, head the avocado oil until hot.
  7. Once the oil is hot, put the coated olives in the oil and cook for a few minutes, or until browned.
  8. Allow to cool and enjoy!
