- Castelvetrano Olives
- 1 cup Farmer Cheese
- 1/2 cup fresh mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup pan flour
- 1 cup Gluten Free Flour
- 1 cup Gluten Free Italian Breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2-3 cups Avocado Oil
Directions
- In a bowl, mix together Lifeway Farmer Cheese, mozzarella cheese, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder and black pepper until smooth. Add the mixture to a pastry filling bag.
- Add the mixture to a pastry filling bag.
- Pat dry olives and fill with the Lifeway Farmer Cheese mixture.
- In three separate bowls, add both flour to one, a mixed egg in another, and the breadcrumbs in the last.
- Dip each olive in the flour mixture, followed by the egg mixture and then the breadcrumbs. Repeat process one more time.
- In a small-medium size pot, over medium/high heat, head the avocado oil until hot.
- Once the oil is hot, put the coated olives in the oil and cook for a few minutes, or until browned.
- Allow to cool and enjoy!
