- 1 package of puff pastry
- 1-2 eggs for an egg wash
- 1 tbsp. honey
- Fresh thyme for topping
- Toasted baguette for serving
- Sliced apples for serving
Directions
- Wrap the Lifeway Farmer Cheese fully in the puff pastry. Add it to a cast iron skillet.
- Crack and whisk together the egg and cover the puff pastry in the egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes at 450 degrees.
