Mix together oats, chia seeds, cinnamon and maple syrup with our probiotic vanilla kefir and refrigerate overnight. Then top with a thick layer of peanut butter and jelly. Chia seeds have omega-3 fatty acids and are a great source of prebiotic fiber, the non-digestible carbohydrates that probiotics feed on to remain actively working in the digestive system. - 1 cup oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 ½ cup Vanilla Lowfat Kefir
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- ¼ jelly of choice (we used cherry jelly)
- Mix together all ingredients except peanut butter and jelly. Refrigerate for up to 4 hours (best when refrigerated overnight)
- Top with peanut butter and jelly and enjoy.
