- 1 cup Coconut Whole Milk Kefir
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 Tbsp peanut butter
- 1 banana, sliced
- Coconut flakes and chocolate chunks to top
- Mix oats and kefir in a jar or covered bowl and let sit overnight in the fridge.
- Spoon the oatmeal into two separate jars and layer with peanut butter and banana slices. Top with remaining peanut butter, banana, coconut chips, and chocolate.
