Directions

  1. Blend the frozen pineapple with 1/2 cup Lifeway Kefir and pour into a glass.
  2. Blend the orange with the orange juice, 1/2 banana, and remaining 1/2 cup Lifeway Kefir. Add on top of the yellow pineapple layer.
  3. Stir the rolled oats into the mixture, stir slightly to create a swirled effect and coat the oats. Drizzle a tablespoon more of Lifeway Kefir, then add the garnishes as you desire.
  4. Place in the fridge overnight to set or at least 4 hours, then enjoy!
