- 1 cup Lowfat Plain Kefir
- 1 cup vanilla protein shake
- 7g sugar-free pistachio jello
- Crushed pistachio for topping
Directions
- For the Ninja Creami, add in the Lowfat Lifeway Kefir, Vanilla Protein Shake, and sugar free pistachio jello. Blend together and freeze for 24 hours.
- After 24 hours, blend together in the Ninja Creami. You might need to add in a small amount of Lifeway Kefir and respin.
- Add in crushed pistachios and push the Mix In option.
- Top with more crushed pistachio and enjoy!
