- 1 pomegranate, seeded
- generous sprinkle of Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup Farmer Cheese
- Dressing:
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp. Plain Lowfat Kefir
- salt/pepper to taste
