This frozen superfood treat is the ultimate summer refreshment! We used our whole milk coconut kefir for our probiotic parfait pops, but feel free to swap it out for any of your favorite kefir flavors.
- 2 cups Coconut Whole Milk Kefir
- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ cup granola
- Pour kefir into popsicle molds, leaving about a ½ of room at the top of the mold. Let freeze for about an hour.
- Distribute blueberries evenly between each popsicle, top each with granola, and freeze for 4 - 6 hours.
- Pop out of the popsicle molds and enjoy!
