- 1 piece of your favorite whole grain or gluten-free bread
- 1/4 cup Farmer Cheese
- generous handful of microgreens (or baby arugula works well as a substitute)
- 1/3 cup radishes, sliced
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- a few pieces of fresh tarragon (or basil)
- juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 1/8 tsp. sea salt flakes
- 1 tsp. drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil
- optional: sliced avocado
Directions
- Toast the bread, then let it cool for a few minutes.
- Mix Lifeway Farmer Cheese with black pepper, sea salt flakes, fresh tarragon (or basil), lemon juice, and olive oil. Stir until combined, then spread on top of the toast.
- Top with microgreens and sliced radishes and a few slices of avocado, if desired. Enjoy!
