Red, White, and Blue Smoothie

Cool down and relax with this colorful blend of kefir and fruit. Our Red, White, and Blue Smoothie is a patriotic way to pre-game with probiotics and fiber before the cookouts begin.

  1. For each layer, blend ingredients until smooth. It's best to clean the blender between layers for distinct colors.
  2. Freeze each layer about 20 min before layering into a glass.
  3. Top with blueberries, coconut flakes, strawberries (optional)
