- 1 cup Lifeway Organic Organic Plain Whole Milk Kefir
- 1 cup light lemonade
- 1½ cup strawberries (preferably frozen)
- Ice as needed
Directions
- Add all ingredients to the pitcher of a high-powered blender. Blend on high until smooth, or until desired consistency is reached.
