- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup oats
- 2 cups Strawberry Banana Whole Milk Kefir
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- top with bananas and strawberries
Directions
- In a blender, blend together frozen strawberries and bananas, honey, oats, and Lifeway Strawberry Banana Kefir until smooth.
- Pour into a container. Stir in Chia Seeds and refrigerate overnight.
- Top with fresh strawberries and bananas and enjoy!
