- 2 slices bread toasted
- 1 Natural Organic Kefir Cup
- 1 vanilla bean pod
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 banana very thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup pistachios chopped
- 1 tbsp hemp hearts
- 1 tsp natural brown sugar
- Add the kefir cup and 1 vanilla bean pod to a bowl and mix together until it’s smooth.
- Caramelize the banana slices in the oven till golden brown on top.
- Spread the vanilla kefir mix on the toast, add a few caramelized banana slices and drizzle it with the honey. Top it with the pistachios and hemp seeds.
