Our Whipped Matcha Mango Toast combines Lifeway Farmer Cheese with tropical mango, earthy matcha, and an array of savory seasonings for a refreshing lunch that’s a cinch to make. Besides giving this meal the ideal texture, our artisan cheese packs it with protein and gut-friendly probiotics. The Mango adds A, B, and C vitamins. And the matcha loads it with antioxidants while infusing it with a bit of caffeine for an extra kick.

Directions

  1. Toast sourdough bread.
  2. Whip together matcha, maple syrup and matcha.
  3. Slice mango.
  4. On toasted sourdough, layer matcha/Lifeway farmer cheese mixture followed by sliced mango. Top with everything but the bagel seasoning. Enjoy!
