The flavor of fall is now available in a glass thanks to this recipe made with Lifeway Kefir, America’s favorite kefir. Using our natural kefir as the base, we combined fresh figs and creamy almond butter for a cozy, comforting smoothie that’s quintessential for fall. Not only do these ingredients complement one another, but figs add natural sweetness and are an excellent source of prebiotic fiber, fueling the beneficial bacteria in our Lifeway Kefir for optimal gut support.
