Directions

  1. Crack eggs on a baking sheet, try not to crack the yolk. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, or until eggs are baked.
  2. Add cooked eggs into a food processor, along with olive oil, Farmer Cheese lime, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper. Blend until smooth.
  3. Toast sourdough bread, spread the toast with egg and farmer cheese mixture. Top with chives and pico de gallo.
