- 1 Cauliflower
- 2 Chives
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 cups Green cabbage
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
- 1 Tomato
- 2 tbsp Corn meal
- 2 tbsp Creole seasoning
- 1 tsp smoked Paprika
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 French rolls
- 1 Butter
- Dill pickles
- shredded lettuce
- tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Farmer Cheese
- 1 tsp cayenne seasoning
- Sauce:
- 1/4 tsp Hot sauce
- 1/2 cup Plain Lowfat Kefir
- 1 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp Mustard
- 1/2 tbsp Pickle, juice
Directions
- Toss the Cauliflower in garlic powder, onion powder, corn meal, creole seasoning, paprika, salt, pepper, olive oil. Set air fryer to 400 degrees and cook for 15 minutes. At 7 minutes toss cauliflower.
- Spread butter on the inside of french roles and toast in a pan over medium heat.
- Mix together all ingredients for the sauce in a medium bowl.
- Mix together the farmer cheese and cyan seasoning.
- Spread farmer cheese mix over toasted french roles, layer with dill pickles, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, cajun air fried cauliflower, and sauce mix.
