- 1 1/2 cup tart cherry juice
- 1 cup Black Cherry Whole Milk Kefir
- 1 banana
- 2 cups frozen sweet cherries
- mint and fresh cherries for garnish
- White Clouds:
- 1 cup, blended Farmer Cheese
Directions
- In a food processor, blend together Lifeway Farmer Cheese until smooth and creamy.
- In a high speed blender, blend together all smoothie ingredients.
- With a spoon, dollop blended Farmer Cheese on cups, and add in cherry smoothie. Top with mint and Cherries and enjoy!
