Coconut Cream Kefir Sundae

Our Coconut Cream Kefir Sundae is packed with protein and probiotics, this tasty treat is good for your gut AND tastebuds. Made with Madagascar Vanilla Kefir, Coconut & Cream KefirWildberry Skyr, and chocolate (of course). 

Servings: 1 - 2

Directions

  1. Kefir Ice Cream:
    Add kefir, banana, and vanilla bean to the pitcher of a high-powered blender. Blend on high until smooth, or until desired consistency is reached. Pour into a container and freeze for 4 - 6 hours. Scoop, add toppings, and enjoy!
  2. Whipped Skyr Cream:
    Combine the skyr, cream, maple syrup, vanilla, and a pinch of Himalayan salt in the bowl or hand mix or add to a standing mixer. Gradually mix from low to high speed, whip until the creamy mixture is thick and stiff, about 5 minutes.
  3. Toppings:
    Dark chocolate syrup, chopped almonds, wildberry skyr preserve, and a cherry.
