We took the stuffed bagel trend that’s been circulating and made it a whole lot better. How? Instead of cream cheese, we used Lifeway Farmer Cheese. Like a blended cottage cheese right from the package, our artisanal cheese gives this dish probiotics while bringing out the subtleties of the seasoning and enhancing the overall flavor. Directions

  1. Cut slits in the bagel.
  2. Stuff the slits with Lifeway Farmer Cheese.
  3. Melt butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, and everything but the bagel seasoning. Drizzle over the Lifeway farmer cheese stuffed bagel.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes on 350 degrees. Enjoy!
