Lifeway Farmer Cheese, mangoes, hot honey, and Tajín seasoning are the heavy hitters of this recipe, which harmonizes sweet, tangy, and spicy flavors in a cool revitalizing treat. Our Farmer Cheese is perfect for those sensitive to lactose, and it’s high in protein with a smooth, creamy texture—no blending required! It’s also loaded with gut-loving probiotics,  just like our kefir, which gives this dish a luscious, creamy texture that brings joy with every spoonful.
