- ½ cup Madagascar Vanilla Lowfat Kefir
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 2 tsp maca powder
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 1 meyer lemon, zested
- ½ meyer lemon, juiced
- Blend these ingredients in a food processor or high powered blender.
- Roll each bite in the lemon zest.
- Enjoy immediately or place them in the freezer to eat throughout the week.
- If the dough is too wet, add almond meal, coconut flour, or flax meal to the mix until you can easily form a ball.
