Peanut Butter & Coconut Honey Kefir Toast

We took the classic PB&J recipe and made with better with Lifeway Coconut Honey Organic Kefir for this Peanut Butter and Coconut Honey Kefir Toast recipe. It’s the flavor combo you never knew you needed! Top toasted sourdough bread with natural peanut butter, chopped walnuts, dark chocolate chips, coconut flakes, honey, and our coconut honey kefir. Natural peanut butter has healthy fats and plant-based protein. Coconuts contain powerful antioxidants that function as a protective shield against free radicals in the body, as well as amino acids, healthy fats, and fiber, which may support healthy blood sugar levels.

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix the Lifeway Kefir with the peanut butter and the honey really well (or use a mixer), then spread on top of the sourdough bread. Top it with banana, walnuts or almonds, coconut flakes and chocolate chips if using. Enjoy!
