Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the bread on prepared pan.
  3. Spread 1/4 cup Lifeway Farmer Cheese onto each piece of bread, leaving a well in the center of each one.
  4. Divide the pesto into four equal portions, then spread it on top of the farmer cheese on each piece of bread. Also divide the mozzarella into four portions, then sprinkle it on top of each piece of bread, avoiding the well (around the center).
  5. Top with tomato slices, and crack an egg into the center of the bread in each well.
  6. Bake the pizzas for 10-12 mins, or until egg white is set. Garnish with fresh basil and enjoy!
