Directions

  1. In a blender, blend together frozen raspberries, Lifeway Lowfat Raspberry Kefir, and 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder.
  2. Add to a Ninja Creami container and freeze for 24 hours.
  3. Repeat process with Lifeway Lowfat Peach Kefir, and 1 cup frozen peaches.
  4. When both have been frozen, blend together separately with the Ninja Creami. On the second blend, add a small amount of Lifeway Kefir to get a creamier consistency.
  5. For the mix in add frozen fruit to each and use the mix in button.
  6. Scoop one of each on a cone or dish and enjoy!
