- basil leaves, chopped
- 1 tbsp balsamic reduction
Spicy Watermelon Toast
- 1 tbsp Farmer Cheese
- 1 small jalapeño, thinly sliced
- 1/2 lime juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- chopped cilantro
Thai Watermelon Toast
- 1 tbsp Farmer Cheese
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2 tbsp fresh orange juice
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- ½ tsp sriracha
- ½ tsp freshly grated ginger
- salt and pepper to taste
- garnish: mint leaves, basil leaves, and peanuts
Mustard Watermelon Toast
- 1 tbsp Farmer Cheese
- 1 tsp yellow mustard, drizzled
- 1/2 cup arugula tossed with olive oil and salt
- 1 tbsp almond slices
Directions
- Thai Watermelon Toast: marinate cucumber slices in lime juice, orange juice, rice vinegar, siracha, and grated ginger. Top over farmer cheese.
