- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1 cup basil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
- In a skeleton ice mold, fill the molds with Lifeway Farmer Cheese. Freeze for about 8 hours.
- In a tray, add chopped cherry tomatoes, the Lifeway Farmer Cheese molds, basil, and top with balsamic glaze, salt/pepper, and olive oil. Enjoy!
