Directions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the directions on the box. Once finished cooking, rinse in a colander with cold water and let it chill completely. Set aside.
  2. Wash the strawberries well, then slice off the tops and slice the rest of them up. Drain well in a colander to remove any water and pat dry with a towel. Take 1/2 of them and purée them in a food processor or mini blender, or mash with a fork. Leave the other slices as they are.
  3. In a small food processor or mini blender, blend Lifeway Farmer Cheese and honey together until it's thick and creamy with a whipped texture. Add the mashed/puréed berry mixture from step 2 to this and stir until combined.
  4. Plate the pasta, top with the Farmer Cheese berry sauce, then top with the remaining slices of strawberries. Grab a fork, and enjoy!
