- 2-3 large fresh peaches, cut and sliced
- 1 cup fresh cherries, sliced
- 1 cup Farmer Cheese
- 4 pieces of fresh mint leaves, torn in halves
- 1 cup fresh cherry tomatoes (or one small pint)
- 6 slices of prosciutto (or one small package)
- extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper for topping
- drizzle of raw honey for topping
Directions
- Layer the freshly cut peaches, sliced cherries, prosciutto, and cherry tomatoes onto your board, leaving a little bit of space between the peaches and cherries and some space between the cherry tomatoes and the prosciutto.
- On one end, between the cherries and peaches, add about 1/2 cup Lifeway Farmer Cheese spreading it out on top and in between, as shown. Drizzle with a touch of raw honey and/or salt and pepper if you want.
- On the other end of the board, layer in the other 1/2 cup of Lifeway Farmer Cheese on top (and in between) the fresh tomatoes and the prosciutto. Then top the Farmer Cheese with extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add sprinkles of the fresh mint leaves (or other herbs like basil ), then serve and enjoy!
