Banana Date Eggnog Smoothie

We’re blending our seasonal eggnog kefir with frozen banana, chewy dates and a pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg for a seasonally delicious smoothie that’s full of protein, probiotics and fiber.

  • 2 cups Eggnog Low Fat Kefir
  • 1/2 large banana, frozen and sliced
  • 2-4 dates, pitted
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • Ice, as needed


  1. Add all ingredients into the pitcher of a high-powered blender. Blend, slowly increasing speed, until smooth, or until desired consistency is reached.
  2. Serve with an added pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg, or your favorite crushed gluten-free cracker!
