- 2 Cups Vanilla Lowfat Kefir
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 banana, frozen
- 4 tbsp oats
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- Add all ingredients to the pitcher of a high-powered blender. Blend on high until smooth, or until desired consistency is reached.
- Pour into a glass and top with cinnamon.
