Spirulina Holiday Smoothie Bowl

Giving this smoothie bowl its tranquil green color, Spirulina “is rich in protein, vitamins, minerals, carotenoids, and antioxidants that can help protect cells from damage.”

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Lifeway Coconut and Cream Whole Milk Kefir
  • 1 tsp spirulina powder
  • Optional Toppings: Kiwi Slices, Raspberries, Shredded Coconut, Dragon Fruit Balls, Pomegranate Seeds, Strawberries

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients (except toppings) to the pitcher of a high-powered blender. Blend on high until smooth, or until desired consistency is reached.
